Zimnat Life Introduces Six -Sigma
Six-Sigma is a rigorous and a systematic methodology that utilizes information and statistical analysis to measure and improve a company's operational performance.Six-Sigma is a culture change philosophy for performance excellence which has been adopted by many global leaders internationally. Zimnat Life Assurance implemented Six–Sigma in September 2004. Following the training of Six Sigma Greenbelts we have to date, close to ten projects currently running which will positively impact on our service delivery.
